Flyco’s Digitalised E-Forms and Evidence-Based Training (EBT) System has been updated to better meet the needs of corporate jet operators. The system transitions training departments from paper-based methods to a digital platform, supporting both traditional and competency-based approaches.
Key updates include expanded grading mechanisms, allowing operators to customise configurations for tasks, sessions, and competencies. Enhanced EBT management tools now provide advanced training matrix customisation, improved simulator and Lifus training assignment capabilities, and detailed KPI analysis for performance tracking.
The iPad app has also been upgraded with offline functionality, improved evaluation statistics, and customisable themes for ease of use. Additionally, these updates address the unique requirements of corporate jet operators, including custom form design and more intuitive syllabus management, ensuring seamless digitisation and flexible evaluation methods for all users.
