XVR Simulation has opened the headquarters of its new subsidiary XVR Simulation Asia in Singapore. Mr. Jacques Werner, the Dutch Ambassador for Singapore and Brunei, performed the opening ceremony.
The establishment of XVR Simulation Asia was triggered by an ambitious project with Coventry Enterprises/SGI Singapore to design and implement a next-generation simulation centre at the Singapore Civil Defence Academy. "Our presence in Singapore enables us to interact closer with our customers and partners in the region, and further improve our services and products," said Steven Lohman, founder, COO and managing director Asia.
From its new regional headquarters, XVR will strengthen its existing regional presence and cooperation with partners Serious Gaming International (Singapore), Goodwin Health Care (Hong Kong), PT. Golden Solutions (Indonesia), Tigertail (Australia) and Vortel Technologies (Malaysia).
