Trideum Corporation wins multiple Orlando-based contracts

Trideum, a Huntsville, Alabama-based small business, was selected for four major Army contracts with a combined earning potential of more than $3.6-billion in less than a year.

Since November 2017, Trideum Corporation earned prime contractor spots on the Enterprise Training Services Contract (ETSC), Aerial Target Systems II (ATS-2), Mission Training Complex Capability Support (MTCCS) and Rapid Acquisition of Materials for Prototyping (RAMP) contracts.

According to Triduem’s Director of Business Development, Wayne Cline, Trideum has been successful because the organization offers a comprehensive portfolio of systems-based strategies, a highly capable team and it tailors services and products to meet customer needs across the full spectrum of training requirements.

Alone, ETSC is valued at $2.4 billion. Under ETSC, Trideum will provide planning and support for Army, Joint and Security Cooperation exercises, training operations; and maintenance and sustainment functions for training aids, devices, simulations, simulators, and ranges in support of worldwide contingency operations.

Trideum provides high-performance unmanned aerial target systems support for the U.S. Army, the Department of Defense and foreign Partner Nations under the ATS-2 contract. To accomplish the ATS-2 mission, Trideum conducts acquisition of aerial targets, aerial target subsystems, ground support equipment and spares, flight operations, training and planning; and modification to existing aerial target systems to meet evolving requirements for research and development, test, and training support. In total, the ATS-2 contract is valued at more than $93-million.

The MTCCS contract requires individual, leader, small unit, battle staff and simulation-driven mission command training in addition to technical, exercise, simulation and administrative support to various mission training complexes. To support the $975-million contract, Trideum provides the mission command system subject matter experts (SME), operators, instructors, technical, and administrative support necessary to sustain and enhance the effective training of commanders and their staffs; assists units in exercise preparation, planning, seminar, execution, evaluation, and training of controller personnel on the use of assigned simulation/stimulation systems; conducts leader training and provides interface and connectivity with other schools, centers and operational units; simulation and models training, SME, training, production of exercise/event materials, AARs and lessons learned, providing exercise/event analysis in support of simulation enhanced training/tactical gaming and other directed training, along with operating simulation clients during testing and exercises.

Under the RAMP contract, Trideum provides materials and services for research and development, prototyping, evaluating, and fielding specialized sensors and equipment supporting the U.S. Army’s Communication Electronics Research, Development and Engineering Center (CERDEC), Night Vision and Electronic Sensors Directorate (NVESD) and Special Products and Prototyping Division (SPPD). Trideum’s RAMP contract is valued at $192-million.
