3D perception, a global expert in simulation visual display systems and technologies, has signed an agreement to acquire Univisual Technologies Nordic AB. This acquisition brings Univisual’s Warpalizer technology and its expert engineering team under the 3D perception umbrella.
Univisual Technologies Nordic AB, based in Sweden, was founded by industry veterans and develops Warpalizer, a leading software for real-time warping and edge-blending of multi-channel projections.

As part of this transition, Warpalizer Norway will continue as a distributor for the Warpalizer product, ensuring continuity and support for existing Warpalizer customers.
3D Perception said they would make further announcements at I/ITSEC 2024.
