The EDM Group has acquired RP Aero Systems of Littlehampton, UK.
As part of a larger organisation, operating in the same market sector, this collaboration will allow RP Aero Systems access to larger geographical markets with additional customers and greater resources. In addition, it will give RP Aero Systems access to EDM's In-Service Support department which will allow them to offer worldwide support to their customers.
RP Aero Systems will continue to operate its brand and manufacturing and customer support will continue from its Littlehampton facility.
EDM managing director, Tony Bermingham said, “I am extremely optimistic and thrilled about the future with RP Aero Systems being a part of the EDM family. They have a superb reputation in the industry for quality products and will complement EDM’s business seamlessly.”
