There’s a bit of a buzz going on right now! Cabin crew and cabin crew training departments have waited a long time to get back together, and the return of a live European Airline Training Symposium (EATS) has prompted an enthusiastic response to connect and meet up in Berlin on November 2-3. The EATS event has definitely come at the right time for our community!
We’ve lined up an exciting and talented list of speakers for the cabin crew stream which is proving very popular. Inevitably, the key theme will be how airlines and training companies have coped over the last 18 months of the pandemic and how they are going about rebuilding a better training system, but lots of other topics will also be under discussion!
The Aer Lingus, SAS and Ryanair presentations, on their lessons learned after stepping into the world of VR, is one not to miss. Likewise, CRM presenters will discuss resilience and cabin crew mental health alongside EASA and Karen Moore.
Don't miss out on listening to Icelandair's journey to drag-and-drop assessments for equipment and Air Canada's pandemic training experience.

Another note for your diary will be the Round Table discussion in the afternoon on Day 1, a great opportunity to share experiences with other cabin crew and training departments.
Don’t miss this valuable opportunity to network, check your perceptions, enjoy the trade show and enjoy a catch-up with new and old friends. We look forward to seeing you!
See you there!
